Thank you for your interest in partnering with us. To give you a clear overview of how we work, we have outlined our standard production and ordering process below.
Step 1 of 7
We have just received the 3D files or statues you provided, along with their dimensions and images. We can now prepare a preliminary production quotation based on these details. Once you have reviewed and confirmed our quotation, we will move forward with the next steps.
Step 2 of 7
We will issue a sample invoice. Upon receipt of your payment, we will open a dedicated web account for you so you can track your project's production progress directly on our website. We will then begin sample production, which typically takes 1 to 2 months depending on the complexity of the statue.
Step 3 of 7
During this period, our team will conduct thorough evaluations and testing to ensure the final packaging successfully passes the drop test. We will then provide you with the finalized dimensions and a color box dieline for your artwork design.
Step 4 of 7
Once the sample is completed, we will provide photos for your preliminary review, followed by the physical sample for final confirmation.
Regarding the shipment, please help us with the following:
Courier Account: Kindly share your courier account number if available, so we can ship the sample using your preferred carrier.
Shipping Alternatives: If you do not have a regular account, freight costs can sometimes be quite high. We are more than happy to check the rates using our corporate account and offer you a quote so you can choose the most cost-effective option.
Payment Terms: Please note that if we use our account for the shipment, we will need to receive the freight payment before dispatching the sample. We truly appreciate your understanding on this matter.
Step 5 of 7
Upon your confirmation of the sample, we will issue a deposit invoice. Once the deposit is received, we will arrange for mass production, which generally takes 3 to 6 months depending on the quantity and complexity of the statue.
Step 6 of 7
At the midpoint of production, we will send an update sample for your approval before proceeding with the remaining production. However, many of our clients choose to skip this step based on their trust in our quality control, so this is entirely optional depending on your preference. Please note that shipping update samples does incur additional courier costs, so please let us know how you would like to proceed.
Step 7 of 7
Before shipping, we will share photos of a fully packaged statue for your final confirmation. Once we receive your final balance payment, you may arrange for your freight forwarder to pick up the goods directly from our factory.
